Peggy Castronova

Peggy is responsible for taking prospective residents and families on tours of our historic Victorian mansion, as well as for marketing The Easton Home to the surrounding community. Residents and their families count on Peggy to help coordinate and ensure that a move to The Easton Home is a smooth transition.

Paul manages the overall day-to-day operations at The Easton Home, ensuring that the community operates within state regulations and that residents receive quality services provided by qualified staff.
Jammie Lang

Jammie provides support in the day-to-day management of operations at The Easton Home and acts as Administrator in Paul’s absence. She is responsible for the management of the Nursing department, which includes licensed nursing personnel (RNs and LPNs) and personal care assistants. Jammie also oversees the personal care provided to residents including medication management, and she ensures that qualified, trained staff are meeting our high standards of care.

Barbara develops and coordinates a wide variety of activities for personal care residents and for residents in Chapelwood, our specialized memory care unit. She ensures that residents are provided the opportunity to participate in social, spiritual, therapeutic, and meaningful activities inside The Easton Home and on regularly scheduled outings in the surrounding community. Barbara also coordinates our volunteer program and manages the schedule of volunteers from our local community.
Reverend Katie Sundermeier
Chaplain

Katie serves as Chaplain for our residents and staff. She leads in worship, offers opportunities for spiritual growth, provides pastoral counseling and reaches out to connect local clergy and congregations with The Easton Home. Katie is an ordained Presbyterian pastor who began her studies at Vanderbilt University with a double major in Communication Studies and German. She received her Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary and has completed post-graduate work in Marriage and Family Therapy at The Council for Relationships in Philadelphia.
Dan Zmoda
Maintenance Supervisor

Dan oversees the Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance departments, keeping our beautiful historic Victorian building and grounds in good repair. He also assists in making sure residents’ personal rooms are clean and tidy.
