Rehabilitation

Physical, occupational and speech therapy services are provided to restore maximum level of functioning after an illness or hospitalization when ordered by the physician.

Care for People with Alzheimer’s Disease and Other Forms of Memory Impairment

Chapelwood Neighborhood is a separate, secured memory support unit where we provide Personal Care services and therapy to those with Alzheimer’s Disease and other forms of memory impairment. Special programming enables residents, staff and families to create an environment that is supportive, calm and secure.

We are able to provide family caregivers with support through our short-term stay program so that families can take worry-free vacations and access additional help when needed.
